A planned city, built in waves

Deltona started in the early 1960s as a planned community, laid out around dozens of small lakes. It grew in waves since, so you’ll find homes from the ’60s and ’70s near older parts of town and much newer ones out toward the edges.

Howland Blvd, Saxon Blvd, Deltona Blvd and Providence Blvd carry most of the traffic, with I-4 along the west side. With that many homes, house lockouts and rekeys are the bulk of our Deltona work.

Lakes, lots and lots of houses

With so many homes spread over so many streets, Deltona keeps us busy. Rekeys after a sale, lockouts, keypads and repairs on locks that have been on the same door since the house was built.

The older neighborhoods near the lakes tend to need repairs and rekeys. The newer ones out east want keypads and smart locks.

Off Howland, Saxon and Providence

Most Deltona calls come from the neighborhoods off Howland Blvd, Saxon Blvd and Providence Blvd, and the streets between all the small lakes. Houses that were built decades ago tend to need a new deadbolt or a repair on a sticking knob.

The newer streets on the east side want keypads and smart locks. If you just bought here, rekey first, the last owner and anyone they gave a key to can still get in.

Also near Deltona

We cover DeBary, Orange City, Lake Helen and DeLand too, along with the rest of the county.

If the original locks are loose or sticky, we’ll replace them with new deadbolts and handles. Keypads are popular with families too.
