A big county with two very different halves
East Volusia is the coast. Ormond Beach, Holly Hill, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach and the beach towns along A1A. That means condos, hotels, rentals and a lot of visitors who lock keys in cars.
West Volusia is inland along I-4 and the St. Johns River. DeLand, Deltona, Orange City, DeBary and the smaller towns like Lake Helen and Pierson. More single family homes, more rural property and longer drives between calls.
We cover both.
